WSCC Invitational Pools and game times
The WSCC Invitation kicks off this Friday at Heritage Park in Cullman AL when 22 JUCO teams from across the nation come to battle it out. The teams represent many from the top 25 in the Nation including: Gulf Coast FL, Georgia Perimeter GA, Walters State TN, Jefferson College MO. Other top teams attending include Seminole State OK, Pensacola FL, Columbia State TN, Volunteer State TN, Young Harris GA, and Aiken Technical SC. Alabama Comminuty College Coference is well represented with Bevill State, Gadsden State, Northwest Shoals, Jeff State, Snead State, Alabama Southern, Shelton State and Southern Union. This is a great opportunity to come watch some college softball. Games start Friday at 10:00 am and the night cap at 6:30. Saturday pool games resume at 10:00 am with bracket play starting at 4 PM. Pre Season Poll
The NJCAA placed Wallace State Lady Lions at 14 in the Nation Ranking to start the 2008 season. As WSC finished 7th last season they look forward to another trip to the nationals.
